  3. Prepare the Package: Once you’ve received the authorization, package the item securely, ensuring it is in its original condition and packaging.
  4. Return Shipping: Ship the returned item(s) to the address provided in your return authorization email. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
